First and foremost, Kyle Frazier & Jennifer Bowes (the “Frazier Bowes Team”) consider themselves your strategic partners in real estate. In addition to representing hundreds of buyers and sellers over a combined 30 years in real estate, Kyle and Jennifer have owned numerous personal and investment properties. However, Kyle is most proud of the fact that in 2018, through contributions made from each sale, he funded his first home for a family in Guatemala via Home for a Home. This organization provides simple, yet functional, concrete block homes with a bathroom, water filter, clean burning stove and locking front door to needy families. About Kyle

Kyle is a licensed Real Estate Broker and formerly on the Board of Directors for the Marin Association of Realtors. Before entering real estate, Kyle practiced law in the San Francisco offices of two top-flight law firms specializing in employment matters and also spent two years with the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit as a Civil Staff Attorney.

Kyle has been a Top 1% to 3% agent in Marin County for years. He has consistently ranked among the top agents in his office (Pacific Union, Kyle’s firm, hires only the best and its agents account for more sales per agent than any other firm in Marin County).

Kyle is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – one of just a few in Marin County, California. This is the highest level of distinction granted by the National Association of Realtors, requiring exceptional experience, sales results, and educational requirements.  In addition, Kyle is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). This combination of credentials is extremely rare and hard to obtain — there are only a couple of such agents in the entire Bay Kyle Frazier Realtor Area region.

Before joining Pacific Union, Kyle was the top grossing agent in his Frank Howard Allen office (out of 45+ agents) and a member of the exclusive “Chairman’s Circle of Excellence.” In addition, he was awarded the Founder’s Award for exemplary service to the community (typically given to one agent per year out of 500+ agents). Kyle was also the recipient of Frank Howard Allen Realtors’ Client Service Award for four consecutive years.

Kyle’s experience and judgment are critical in creating a path to success. Kyle does not warehouse listings. Several local firms promote their agents taking listings at any price even though they know the price is far too high, just so that they can look busy, have listing inventory, and possibly (if the sellers are motivated) get large price reductions as time passes such that the home eventually sells. This is also called “buying a listing.” Kyle does not operate in that fashion.

Finally, Kyle respects and adheres to the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion. Many of Kyle’s sellers value intensive levels of privacy requiring Kyle to sell their homes “off market” to minimize inconvenience, stress and or incursions into the home by non-qualified buyers. Historically, approximately 20% of Kyle’s sales have occurred under the radar. Interestingly, Kyle has found that such sales often result in the best terms for sellers because buyers appreciate the opportunity to purchase a home based on inside knowledge. To accomplish this Kyle is a very active member in the two most influential agent networking groups in the Bay Area — the Top Agent Network (TAN, which is the top 10% of agents in the county) and the Marin Platinum Group (MPG, consisting of the top 100 agents in the county). Kyle’s buyer clients benefit from his attention and concern over their financial and emotional well-being. Kyle appreciates that we all have busy lives. A critical part of his services for buyer clients is to provide buyers with daily updates on new listings (he can also include listings that might be just outside of the criteria his clients initially provided so they do not miss out). He also previews and screens homes for his clients so they do not waste time looking at homes that are not a good fit. Kyle’s process for private showings gives buyers the complete picture and provides them with the tools necessary to interpret the voluminous data available on the internet and make sound buying decisions. Once ready to make an offer, his experience and reputation (Kyle is on the Board of Directors for the Marin Association of Realtors) are key to getting his clients’ offers accepted, particularly when there are multiple offers. And once in escrow, Kyle will coordinate and assist in the inspection process (his contact list for inspectors and service providers is extensive). Once reports are back, Kyle’s expertise comes into play again as the findings may provide another opportunity to negotiate a credit or price reduction from the sellers — here is where his experience, judgment and negotiation savvy pay dividends to his clients. New Home Sales & Marketing

Kyle’s experience marketing and selling new home developments in Marin County is unsurpassed. Kyle was Director of Sales, responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales and negotiations, for The Landing at Hamilton. This 29-home home development located in Hamilton Field, Novato, was developed by Barker Pacific Group (owner of dozens of large scale office buildings in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix, among other places) and  in cooperation with Devcon Construction (builder of Levi’s Stadium). Kyle sold out The Landing in impressive fashion despite the fact that the homes were built in the middle of the largest real estate downturn in 80 years.

Kyle is the Director of Sales for Rudnick Estates, which is one of Marin County’s largest current neighborhood developments (24 homes). In this capacity, Kyle has provided all marketing, sales, and negotiations. This development is currently underway with one cul-de-sac completed and sold out.

Kyle is married and spends most of his time outside of work with his wife Joanna and daughters, Scarlett and Sienna. They like to golf, play tennis, tend their garden, and enjoy nature in their kayaks. Kyle also coaches his daughters’ basketball and soccer teams. The Fraziers are active members at Marin Country Club.

Jennifer brings over 13 years of real estate experience to Pacific Union’s Novato office. She started her real estate career as an office administrator, then became an assistant to a top producing agent before going out on her own. Over the years, she has worked on over 200+ transactions including trust sales, divorces, short sales, foreclosures, move-ups and downsizes. She has an amazing amount of knowledge when it comes to the real estate process and knows how to get any job done. More importantly, though, she builds lasting relationships with her clients and continues those relationships long after any transaction. The most important aspect of this job to Jennifer is her clients, as long as they are happy she is happy. One of the reasons Jennifer chose to partner with Pacific Union was because of the luxury service they provide, at any price point.
